Robinhood is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead high-impact executive searches and shape the company's leadership trajectory. You will partner closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into talent strategies, build long-term relationships with executive talent, develop market intelligence, and create pipelines supporting both immediate hiring needs and future succession planning. Key responsibilities include partnering with executives to define leadership profiles and develop tailored search strategies; building and maintaining relationships with passive executive talent through research, outreach, and networking; using search metrics and pipeline data to optimize strategies in real time; creating a personalized candidate journey reflecting Robinhood's mission and values; serving as a trusted advisor on market conditions and candidate quality; and experimenting with AI-powered tools to enhance sourcing efficiency. You bring 7+ years of recruiting experience with a proven track record managing complex senior-level or executive searches, preferably in-house. You have strong executive presence, the ability to establish credibility and influence decisions, and experience building executive talent communities tied to succession planning. You excel at research and sourcing, including market mapping and competitive intelligence. You demonstrate sound judgment handling confidential searches and sensitive information, can assess leadership talent beyond résumé qualifications, and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You manage multiple complex searches while maintaining organization and attention to detail. Robinhood offers challenging, high-impact work in a fast-moving, high-performing environment.
