Figma is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for senior leadership roles (Director, VP, C-suite) across the organization. This is a strategic, high-visibility position reporting to senior leadership, with responsibility for end-to-end executive search ownership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own complete executive search cycles from intake through offer negotiation and close for Director-level and above roles across all business functions
- Partner strategically with senior hiring leaders to shape search strategy, refine candidate profiles, and advise on organizational design and talent decisions
- Conduct in-depth talent mapping and market research to build real-time understanding of the executive talent landscape across industries and competitors
- Serve as a brand steward, ensuring every candidate and stakeholder interaction reflects Figma's values and quality standards
- Lead offer strategy and negotiation for senior candidates, balancing candidate experience with business objectives
- Refine search approaches based on market signals, hiring outcomes, and stakeholder feedback
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 2+ years focused on executive hiring
- Proven track record closing Director, VP, and C-suite hires
- Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted, consultative partnerships with senior stakeholders and influence their thinking
- Strong business acumen with clear understanding of how leadership roles impact company strategy and org design
Preferred: Experience in product-driven or design-led technology companies.
