You will serve as Executive Operations Manager, Tech, reporting to the VP Engineering and acting as a trusted operating partner to the CTO and department heads across Engineering, Product, Design, and Analytics. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of executive partnership and tech operations.
Key responsibilities include: providing comprehensive calendar, meeting, travel, preparation, and administrative support to all EPDA (Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics) department heads with deepest coverage for the CTO and VP Engineering; serving as an operating partner by preparing agendas, briefs, presentations, and decision materials while tracking commitments to completion; running and improving key EPDA operating cadences including leadership meetings, planning cycles, OKR reporting, all-hands preparation, and communications about AI use and internal efficiency; managing visibility into technology vendor spend and utilization to support procurement and renewals; and building lightweight systems that help EPDA operate as one cohesive team.
On any given week, responsibilities may include redesigning a leader's calendar around critical decisions, preparing OKR or all-hands updates, negotiating software renewals, coordinating EPDA offsites, or driving security initiatives across teams. You will protect leadership time, keep important decisions and follow-ups moving, and ensure decisions translate into action. This role requires someone equally comfortable with high-stakes executive support and operational ownership—someone who understands why meetings matter, makes thoughtful tradeoffs, prepares the right context, and drives accountability.
The company values talent density and seeks people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without ego. The role is in-office in NYC with occasional travel expected for offsites and company events.
