ServiceNow's HQ Innovation Center is seeking an Executive Engagement and Strategic Programs Consultant to design and orchestrate high-stakes executive briefings for Fortune 500 leaders. This role represents a shift from traditional sales-led meetings to facilitator-led conversations anchored in customer transformation goals.
You will lead end-to-end design and execution of executive experiences, working closely with C-level executives, sales leaders, product evangelists, and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include designing immersive executive briefings that exceed expectations, influencing organizational mindsets toward innovation-led engagement models, and building trusted advisor relationships across the organization.
You'll specialize in an assigned industry vertical, developing deep sector-specific expertise to understand customer challenges and opportunities. This includes synthesizing insights from engagements to shape future briefings, strengthen narratives, and position ServiceNow as a strategic partner rather than a vendor.
The role requires navigating complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment where program standards are still evolving. You'll anticipate challenges, proactively address risks, and adapt as priorities shift. You'll also champion program excellence by mentoring peers and partners to deliver world-class engagements that differentiate ServiceNow.
Required qualifications include 8+ years designing and delivering high-impact executive engagements or strategic programs, proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, exceptional communication and facilitation skills with strong executive presence, and demonstrated program/project management capabilities. You should be comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, possess a consultative customer-first mindset, and have entrepreneurial drive to continuously innovate.
Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, BriefingSource, PowerBI or analytics tools, and background in sales, customer experience, or professional services.
