As Executive Director for the West Covina location, you will assume overall accountability for the program's operations, policy implementation, planning, development, administration, and program monitoring. You will supervise the Medical Director and other operational components, ensuring all direct reports have clearly defined roles and responsibilities. Your scope includes development, implementation, and oversight of service delivery operations across clinical and social care functions.
This is a leadership role managing a multi-disciplinary team in a mission-driven healthcare setting serving a vulnerable and growing population. You will work under the direction of Habitat Health corporate leadership while maintaining operational autonomy for the West Covina center. The role requires strong healthcare operations experience, team management capability, and commitment to delivering integrated, person-centered care for older adults.
