Lambda, a leader in AI cloud infrastructure serving tens of thousands of customers globally, is seeking an Executive Communications Manager to build and scale executive communications strategy for the leadership team. This role is central to shaping how Lambda's executives engage with the market, media, and industry.
You will partner with each executive to develop their individual voice and public profile, creating repeatable systems that scale with the company. Key responsibilities include: setting the external agenda for leadership; writing talking points, keynotes, long-form pieces, and social content; pitching and placing executive interviews, profiles, and speaking opportunities; building relationships with reporters and analysts covering AI infrastructure; developing message frameworks and talk tracks; and managing agency partnerships.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of communications experience, including in-house work at a hypergrowth startup. You should have a proven track record building and managing executive communications playbooks across multiple leaders, strong media relationships you can reference, deep knowledge of the AI infrastructure space, and demonstrated ghostwriting experience for executives across functions. Strong writing skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams are essential.
