AvantStay is a venture-backed, tech-enabled hospitality platform serving group travelers in the $100+ billion short-term rental industry. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Founder to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support. In this role, you will be the CEO's right hand, managing all aspects of their calendar, travel, and stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities include: • Manage the CEO's complex schedule, coordinating internal meetings, external stakeholder engagements, board interactions, and investor relations • Orchestrate and coordinate executive team meetings, offsites, and group events • Plan and execute sophisticated travel itineraries for domestic and international trips, handling all logistics and arrangements • Attend key meetings, document discussions, track action items, and ensure follow-up across the organization • Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for meetings, including agendas, attendee backgrounds, objectives, and strategic context • Proactively anticipate the CEO's needs, identify potential issues, and propose solutions • Manage confidential information and sensitive communications with discretion • Build and maintain relationships with executives, board members, investors, consultants, and external partners • Handle personal appointments and high-leverage personal tasks • Serve as a professional ambassador representing the CEO and company to diverse stakeholders You will need a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience supporting senior or C-level executives, ideally in a startup environment. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and presentations. You are flexible, available for extended hours when needed, and comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism. You work independently with minimal guidance and can execute a high volume of tasks efficiently.
