Solace is a Series C healthcare startup (valued at $1B+) founded in 2022 that transforms patient advocacy by pairing patients with expert advocates and tools to navigate the complex U.S. healthcare system. The company is backed by top-tier VCs including Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, and Menlo Ventures. You will serve as Executive Assistant to the Founders Office, providing strategic support to both Co-Founders and C-suite leaders. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role that is foundational to scaling the organization. Key responsibilities include: managing complex, multi-time-zone calendars and prioritizing meetings by urgency and strategic impact; protecting executive time by triaging inbound requests and resolving scheduling conflicts; supporting leadership meetings, team offsites, and company events; acting as a proxy in meetings to capture notes and drive follow-through on action items; drafting and editing executive communications; serving as primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders; digesting and escalating key information while maintaining confidentiality; owning leadership operating cadence (staff meetings, business reviews, planning sessions); building systems and templates to enhance productivity; managing end-to-end travel logistics and expense reporting; and ensuring seamless execution during high-volume periods and rapid change. You bring 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (VP or C-suite level) in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally with legal firm experience. You demonstrate exceptional calendar management, prioritization, and organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication with executive-level clarity; demonstrated judgment and professionalism handling confidential information; excellent project management with bias toward execution; ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently; comfort in dynamic, ambiguous environments; high emotional intelligence; and background in startups, healthcare, technology, legal, or complex operational settings. Must be based in the United States.
