You will serve as the operational backbone for Pearl's CEO, CTO, and COO, managing the day-to-day executive operations and office logistics. This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional organizational skills, judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities include: managing complex, overlapping calendars for three executives; coordinating domestic and international travel; preparing agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up materials for leadership and board meetings; serving as a gatekeeper between executives and internal teams, customers, investors, and partners; planning executive offsites and company events; managing expense reports and approvals; drafting and polishing executive communications; tracking action items and commitments; handling confidential company and financial information; and managing day-to-day West Hollywood office operations including supplies, facilities, vendor relationships, and visitor coordination.
You will also identify and own process improvements in how the executive office functions, support special projects as assigned, and serve as the primary point of contact for building management and office access. The role demands someone who thrives on bringing order to dynamic environments, operates independently once expectations are clear, and handles sensitive information with absolute discretion.
