Salary: USD 120,000 - 145,000 / annual
Rothy's, a sustainable fashion company transforming ocean-bound plastic into machine-washable footwear and accessories, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support members of the Executive Team.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to executives, anticipating their needs and helping them operate at their highest level. You'll own executive communications, including drafting, editing, and managing correspondence that reflects each leader's voice with clarity and intention. You will prepare comprehensive briefing materials, talking points, and context-setting documents to ensure executives are informed and ready for every meeting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic administrative and project management support across a broad range of initiatives
- Lead complex calendar management and travel planning, balancing competing priorities with sound judgment
- Prepare domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Meticulously manage expenses on behalf of the executive team
- Plan and execute team meetings, offsites, and special functions in collaboration with others
- Partner with internal stakeholders on cross-functional projects, initiatives, and events
- Serve as a trusted liaison internally and externally, representing executives with grace, professionalism, and discretion
You are a strategic communicator who understands context and audience, able to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling language. You are flexible, a quick learner with strong tech aptitude, and able to execute independently with sound judgment on time-sensitive decisions. You thrive in team settings, are a self-starter and problem solver, and maintain impeccable discretion with sensitive information. You are extremely adaptable to the ever-changing needs of a fast-growing company.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience providing dedicated, high-level support to one or more C-suite executives in a fast-paced startup environment, including complex calendar management and travel planning
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- High proficiency in Google Apps, particularly Google Calendar and Google Docs
- Polished, professional demeanor and track record of building trust with executives and VIP stakeholders
- Ability to juggle competing priorities with composure and good judgment in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
