The Execution Excellence Head is a strategic leadership role reporting to the Country President at DTX Pharma (a Novartis company) in Istanbul. This position is responsible for leading execution excellence initiatives across the Turkish pharmaceutical operations, serving as a strategic partner to Commercial, Medical Affairs, Value & Access, Finance, and People & Organization teams. The role oversees a cross-functional organization spanning field excellence, integrated insights, data analytics & platforms, capability building, and customer excellence. Key responsibilities include: Field Excellence: Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and execution quality across Commercial and Value & Access functions. Support field force sizing, territory design, incentive frameworks, workforce planning, and performance analytics. Generate actionable insights to optimize resource allocation and customer engagement models. Integrated Insights: Partner with business leaders to generate strategic insights supporting portfolio performance, launch readiness, and long-term business planning. Lead market research, forecasting, competitive intelligence, segmentation, and patient journey analysis. Integrate internal and external data to identify opportunities and support decision-making. Data, Analytics & Platforms: Lead local deployment of global data, analytics, and technology strategies. Ensure governance and reliability of business-critical data and reporting platforms. Drive adoption of innovative technologies and AI-enabled solutions. Capability Building: Define and implement capability-building strategies aligned with business priorities. Assess gaps and establish learning solutions for commercial excellence, digital transformation, analytics, and AI skills. Customer Excellence: Lead initiatives strengthening customer engagement, omnichannel excellence, and launch readiness. Ensure effective content activation and implement customer-centric frameworks. People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team. Build collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Develop succession pipelines and future leaders. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. Extensive senior leadership experience in pharmaceuticals, consulting, or FMCG is essential. Candidates must demonstrate commercial leadership, organizational transformation experience, and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, digital transformation expertise, and fluency in English and Turkish are required.
