Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an Events Manager to lead and scale event and in-person experience programs that drive industry engagement, brand visibility, and pipeline growth. The role owns event strategy end-to-end—from planning through performance analysis—with a focus on measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities include building and executing a national event strategy tied to lead generation and revenue goals, defining critical metrics and conversion targets for each event, selecting and managing the event calendar based on business priorities, and overseeing all execution from planning through post-event reporting. You'll create systems for lead capture, qualification, and follow-up, partner with marketing and sales on campaigns and messaging, develop event materials, manage booth assets and inventory, and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. The role also includes organizing company-hosted events for customers and partners and managing pre- and post-event outreach.
The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of experience running trade shows and events with validated lead generation results, strong commercial judgment, and a track record of connecting event activity to measurable business outcomes. Experience in B2B, technology, or manufacturing is preferred. You should be highly organized, meticulous, comfortable owning projects independently in a fast-paced environment, and skilled at cross-team collaboration. Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and event analytics tools is expected. The role requires frequent travel and strong communication and partner management skills.
