The Event Operations Specialist role is part of Fever's Operations team, which ensures smooth execution across products, countries, and stakeholder groups. You'll focus on on-site operations for sports and live entertainment events, working cross-functionally across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in company-wide projects aimed at improving specific business areas, with emphasis on on-site event operations
- Lead projects with senior team support, ensuring goals, objectives, and timelines are met
- Conduct analysis for multiple projects, identifying optimal solutions considering client satisfaction, cost control, and profitability
- Identify improvement areas and contribute to continuous improvement strategy across business functions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and sports project partners to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables

Required qualifications: 2-3 years of relevant experience in consulting, operations, or tech; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; fluent English.
