Tennr is a healthtech company that automates the complex insurance referral and payment workflows that slow down patient care and provider operations. The company uses proprietary models to handle the tedious paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid.
As Event Marketing Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of event marketing strategy and execution. You'll develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with Tennr's brand and business goals, identifying opportunities across in-person events (trade shows, conferences) and virtual channels (webinars). You'll collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure events drive brand awareness and contribute to revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Event Strategy & Planning: Build event marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Identify and prioritize in-person and virtual event opportunities. Work cross-functionally to integrate events into the broader marketing strategy.
- Event Execution: Manage end-to-end planning and execution, including budgeting, vendor selection, logistics, and on-site/virtual coordination. Oversee event branding, collateral, and all communications (invitations, reminders, follow-ups).
- Promotion & Audience Engagement: Develop promotional campaigns using digital marketing, social media, email, and partnerships to drive registration and attendance. Engage key industry partners and leaders to maximize visibility.
- Post-Event Analysis: Conduct debriefs, analyze attendee engagement and lead generation, and report on business impact. Use data to optimize future events.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with vendors and serve as primary point of contact for event inquiries.
You'll work in Tennr's Hudson Square office 4 days per week. The role requires 4+ years of event marketing experience with a proven track record of executing high-impact events. You're a strong project manager who can juggle multiple events, communicate effectively across teams, and analyze data to drive decisions. Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or producing events for senior executives is a plus.
