Salary: USD 127,000 - 191,400 / annual

PagerDuty, a NYSE-listed leader in Digital Operations Management, is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to join the Revenue Marketing & Operations department in San Francisco. This role reports directly to the Director of Event Marketing for North America and is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive event and trade show strategies aligned with company OKRs. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and implement event and trade show strategies that drive pipeline creation, customer acquisition, and brand growth - Oversee planning and execution of both PagerDuty-hosted and third-party sponsored events, managing logistics, vendors, staffing, and on-site operations - Collaborate with cross-functional marketing, sales, and product teams to align on event objectives and create impactful customer experiences - Source and manage vendor and agency relationships including venues, booth partners, design, and video production - Create enablement tools and resources to empower Sales and Customer Success teams to hit registration and executive meeting targets - Monitor event performance against key metrics, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities - Communicate event plans, progress, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders Required qualifications: - 7+ years in marketing, sales, or customer-facing roles at fast-growing organizations - 5+ years of B2B event management experience with proven track record leading and executing large, multi-faceted events - Data-driven approach using Salesforce, Tableau, or similar analytics tools Preferred qualifications include strong project management and organizational skills, excellent cross-functional communication, budget management experience, vendor negotiation expertise, and proficiency with event management platforms like Cvent, Splash, or Asana. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments and can strategically evaluate event performance for continuous improvement.
