Salary: USD 150,000 - 165,000 / annual

iCapital is seeking a Vice President of Event Content Strategy to join the Global Events team and drive content strategy across the company's US portfolio of proprietary and sponsored conferences. Reporting to the Global Head of Events, you will sit at the intersection of event strategy, agenda development, speaker management, and audience engagement, ensuring every event tells a compelling story aligned with iCapital's business priorities and market positioning. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and lead event content strategy, programming, and execution across iCapital's US event portfolio - Partner with Brand, Product, Channel Marketing, Sales, Investment Strategy teams, and senior leadership to identify key themes, trends, and thought leadership opportunities - Establish content measurement frameworks to evaluate event effectiveness, audience engagement, and content pull-through across marketing channels - Own the end-to-end speaker journey, including outreach, confirmation, content development, presentation reviews, rehearsals, briefing materials, production coordination, onsite support, and post-event follow-up - Coordinate content-related workstreams with Product, Channel Marketing, Creative, Brand, Communications, Legal, Compliance, and agency partners - Serve as trusted advisor to executives, clients, sponsors, and external speakers on content strategy and event participation - Partner with the Sponsorship team to maximize sponsor participation through speaking opportunities and thought leadership sessions - Build scalable content and speaker management processes, including playbooks, timelines, and frameworks - Track agenda performance, speaker effectiveness, and audience engagement metrics, delivering post-event insights The role requires Monday–Thursday in-office presence in Greenwich, CT, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. Qualifications: - 8–12+ years of experience in event content strategy, conference programming, communications, marketing, or related fields - Proven experience developing content programs for large-scale conferences, executive forums, or thought leadership events - Comfortable developing overarching content frameworks, partnering with senior stakeholders on messaging, managing executive and external speakers, and driving detailed processes that turn event agendas into impactful live experiences - Deep understanding of wealth management, alternative investments, and asset management strongly preferred - Experience working with executive leaders and external speakers - Exceptional project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills - Able to travel domestically as needed
