Halter is a climate-tech company revolutionizing livestock management through autonomous grazing systems. The company helps agricultural producers develop more productive and sustainable operations by automating pastoral management—enabling herds to move independently without traditional infrastructure like fences, dogs, or ATVs.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will join Halter's People & Performance team to drive recruitment strategy and execution across LATAM as the company scales globally. Reporting to the Talent Lead, this role combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruitment execution.
Key responsibilities include: managing full-cycle recruitment processes across functions and regions (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management); developing scalable selection processes and tools adaptable to different regions and growing hiring volumes; building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing; collaborating with hiring leaders to understand team needs, anticipate future searches, and improve interview quality and decision-making rigor; contributing to talent strategy and workforce planning, including capability mapping and skills forecasting; defining and evolving the Employee Value Proposition in collaboration with People & Performance and business leaders; conducting market and salary analysis to inform competitive, equitable compensation offers; championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices; representing Halter as an employer brand ambassador at industry events, universities, and networking forums; tracking key metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline evolution, candidate feedback) and continuously improving recruitment approaches; and supporting internal mobility and employer brand initiatives.
The ideal candidate is passionate about identifying exceptional talent, thrives in dynamic, fast-growing environments, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and has direct impact on company growth. The role requires practical execution skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to scale processes as the organization expands.
