Latitude (part of Grupo Stefanini) is seeking an AI Specialist / Prompt Engineering professional to lead the implementation and operationalization of Anthropic Claude for a strategic quality-focused initiative. You will work closely with the Quality team to consolidate and analyze documents at enterprise scale, supporting everything from strategy definition through user training and governance framework establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure Claude Desktop according to IT department standards and policies
- Partner with the business team to define document consolidation strategy, including testing and validation
- Configure Claude, create templates, and define initial prompts aligned with established strategy
- Develop and optimize prompts for document analysis, verification, comparison, and consolidation
- Collaborate with Quality specialists to leverage AI for document processing workflows
- Deliver 20 hours of specialized training to the Quality team on efficient Claude usage
- Support governance model definition, including roles, usage policies, and quality controls
- Implement and operate AI solutions in large-scale corporate environments with attention to security and enterprise processes
Requirements:
- Solid experience in Prompt Engineering and developing prompts for AI solutions
- Practical experience with Anthropic Claude, including configuration, operation, and Cowork feature usage
- Demonstrated experience implementing and operating AI solutions at scale, particularly in large enterprises
- Strong communication skills and ability to train and guide users
- Business-level English (conversation, reading, corporate interaction)
- Document analysis, management, and consolidation knowledge (preferred)
- Experience creating templates, defining instructions, and configuring AI tools (preferred)
- Anthropic Claude certification (preferred)
