The company has raised $50M from top-tier investors including a16z, Craft Ventures, and Y Combinator. As an Enterprise Strategy Associate, you will partner with the Director of Enterprise Revenue to build the narrative and strategy behind Camber's largest client partnerships. You'll coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to surface requirements and prepare the internal team. **Stable State:** Work with strategic account management to prepare materials for client decision-makers, tracking performance against baseline and communicating Camber's impact through recurring business reviews. Key responsibilities include running diagnostics on clinic revenue cycles (denial trends, underpayments, aging AR, payer-specific patterns), building executive-ready business cases and ROI models, driving deal strategy based on data insights, creating top-down materials for client leadership, flagging early risks, and owning the data relationship with clients' analytics teams. You will be the analytical and narrative backbone of deals, turning complex data into crisp stories that move decisions. You'll also act as an early-warning system for account health and internal readiness, surfacing what new verticals or accounts will demand from Product and Operations before go-live. **Requirements:** - 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy at a fast-moving startup - Data fluency: experience working with large, messy datasets and translating them into actionable conclusions - Direct experience working with customers and senior executives - Commercial instinct: understanding how businesses make money and what motivates decision-makers - Strong learning velocity; healthcare or RCM (revenue cycle management) experience is a plus but not required - Ability to turn analysis into persuasive narrative, not just data dumps - Client-facing credibility and comfort holding your ground in challenging conversations - High attention to detail; every number must be defensible - High agency and ownership of ambiguous problems - Collaborative mindset and willingness to seek critique and improve The role is based in New York City with a preference for in-person and hybrid candidates.
