Nash is a last-mile delivery infrastructure platform serving enterprise retailers and commerce companies globally. Founded in 2021 and backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator, Nash provides the orchestration, optimization, and visibility layer that enables large-scale delivery operations across North America, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East.
This is Nash's first customer success and solutions hire in Latin America, a region opening as existing enterprise customers expand their delivery operations. The role combines technical solutions consulting with customer success management—you will own the full post-sale lifecycle from technical discovery through launch, adoption, and renewal.
Key responsibilities include: leading technical discovery and design with customer engineering and operations teams; running enterprise implementations from requirements through go-live and stabilization; managing the regional account book with business reviews and success planning; establishing the customer success operating model for Latin America (onboarding sequences, health metrics, review cadence, escalation protocols); and representing regional needs to Nash's product and engineering teams.
You will work with enterprise customers from day one, define how the region operates before it scales, and establish processes in a new market. Success means delivering first regional launches that perform, embedding technical designs in every open deal, running operating rhythms across accounts, and documenting a replicable Latin America customer success model within 6 months. By 12 months, regional accounts should be renewing and expanding with clear metrics and a tested roadmap for product adaptations needed for the region.
Required: 5+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or operations roles in SaaS, logistics, or marketplaces; experience delivering complex enterprise implementations or managing large accounts with commercial outcomes (renewals, expansions, major deployments); technical capability to lead discovery, define integration approaches, write basic SQL, and troubleshoot production issues; deep understanding of Latin American delivery operations, carrier ecosystems, addressing and payment conventions; professional fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus); ability to build process in greenfield environments.
