Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, a platform enabling organizations in physical operations—agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, manufacturing—to harness IoT data for actionable insights and operational improvement.
As an Enterprise Select Implementation Consultant, you will join Samsara's Customer Success team, specifically the Implementation group responsible for deploying and adopting IoT solutions for enterprise customers' fleet and industrial assets. You will own the customer relationship from onboarding through adoption, ensuring successful deployment of Samsara's platform across diverse industries including trucking, food and beverage, passenger transit, utilities, and school bus operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding enterprise customers through deployment and adoption of IoT solutions
- Serving as the trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, advocacy, renewal)
- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring they extract maximum business value from Samsara's products
- Communicating effectively with both C-suite executives and day-to-day operational users
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams
- Traveling to customer sites up to 10% of the time as needed
You will need exceptional customer-facing communication skills, the ability to quickly understand customer business models, and comfort explaining complex technology to diverse audiences. This is a remote position open to US-based candidates (excluding NYC Metro) in CST or EST time zones, working local business hours.
