You will build DACH into n8n's most predictable Enterprise sales region by developing a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, instilling forecast and pipeline discipline, and creating a repeatable operating model for complex, multi-stakeholder deals. You'll be hands-on in coaching, deal inspection, and team development while staying close to strategic deals and customer executives.
Key responsibilities include:
**Developing a High-Performing DACH Team**
- Coach and develop Enterprise AEs through structured 1:1s, field coaching, and deal reviews to raise both floor and ceiling on performance
- Build rigorous forecasting and pipeline management cadence to make DACH's numbers predictable quarter over quarter
- Create repeatable operating model with clear playbooks, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC-based deal inspection, and coaching rhythms
- Hire, onboard, and scale the team over time with clear career paths and succession planning
**Setting DACH Territory Strategy**
- Prioritize and run DACH Enterprise territory with focus, balancing new logo pursuits with expansion plays
- Set strategy for complex enterprise cycles from discovery to close, coaching without taking the pen
- Elevate sales methodology adoption (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) with meticulous qualification and disciplined inspection
**Building Strategic, Multi-Threaded Selling Motion**
- Build strategic selling culture shifting from "running opportunities" to multi-threaded, value-led enterprise execution
- Orchestrate executive engagement across DACH accounts, aligning economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators
- Run high-quality deal reviews and QBRs to sharpen strategy, elevate coaching, and improve win rates and forecast accuracy
**Cross-Functional Partnerships**
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to refine messaging for technical buyers and strengthen enterprise playbook
**Requirements**
Must-haves:
- 5+ years in frontline sales management, leading individual contributors through complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals
- Deep, practical command of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC with track record coaching teams to adopt it with real inspection
- Track record running disciplined forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes revenue predictable, not reactive
- Fluency in qualification, mutual action plans, champion building, and executive alignment in longer-cycle deals
- Executive presence to confidently engage senior stakeholders, run tight meetings, and set high bar for clarity, urgency, and outcomes
- Ability to level up AEs through structured coaching, field observation, and actionable feedback
- Skilled at aligning technical and economic buyers, de-escalating conflict, and maintaining deal momentum
- Based in Germany and happy being on-site with customers
- Experience selling into technical stakeholders and navigating evaluation-heavy sales motions
Nice-to-haves:
- Open-source or PLG experience understanding how community and bottoms-up adoption influence enterprise outcomes
- Developer/infrastructure SaaS background in DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops, data, infrastructure, or adjacent categories
- Scrappy startup mindset with experience scaling in environments where playbooks are evolving
- Strong instincts for clean forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and turning data into coaching and better execution
