Neo4j is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to lead public sector sales efforts in London. The role focuses on developing and executing a territory plan targeting government agencies and relevant use cases, building a qualified pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual sales metrics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing expert knowledge of Neo4j's graph intelligence platform and its applications in the public sector vertical
- Presenting compelling value propositions demonstrating the benefits of graph technology versus alternative database approaches
- Executing strategic sales cycles using proven selling methodologies
- Building and presenting proposals for Neo4j solutions, including products and professional services
- Collaborating with Pre-Sales Engineering to scope and deliver proof-of-concept engagements
- Executing "Land & Expand" strategies to grow revenue within existing accounts
- Providing guidance and direction to assigned Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support pipeline development
- Coordinating with Field Marketing and Channel Directors to target programs and partners for key accounts
- Maintaining accurate CRM records in Salesforce in accordance with Neo4j forecasting guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience working in the Public Sector vertical (key requirement)
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and strategic selling
- Ability to develop and execute territory plans
