Freshworks (NASDAQ: FRSH) is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Enterprise Sales to lead the UK & Ireland market from London. This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the Country Leader for UK & Northern Europe.
You will lead a team of 7–9 Enterprise Account Executives targeting a collective $4M–$6M+ ARR. This is not a delegative role—you'll spend significant time coaching sellers, co-selling with executive buyers, closing six-figure deals, and building predictable, high-velocity revenue across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy to systematically land, expand, and dominate Tier-1 enterprise accounts across UKI
- Coach and scale a team of Enterprise AEs, enforcing MEDDPICC methodology for razor-sharp forecasting and bulletproof pipeline health
- Co-sell at the C-suite level, partnering with Solution Engineers and Customer Success to negotiate and close multi-year strategic agreements
- Serve as the primary voice of the region, delivering market insights and growth plays to global executive leadership
- Drive operational excellence using Salesforce, Clari, and Gong for predictable revenue execution
- Build a high-performing team culture that attracts top 1% enterprise sales talent
Freshworks builds uncomplicated service software for customer and employee experience, trusted by 72,000+ companies including Bridgestone, New Balance, and Sony Music. The role is hybrid (3 days/week in London office).
Requirements:
- 10+ years in SaaS sales with 5+ years leading front-line enterprise teams closing six-figure+ deals
- Deep knowledge of CX, ITSM, CRM, or Enterprise Service Management (ESM) landscapes
- Strong network within the UKI enterprise landscape with established executive relationships
- Mastery of procurement, MSAs, and complex stakeholder management
- Track record of building high-performing, transparent, execution-focused teams
