Bastion provides regulated infrastructure for holding, moving, and issuing stablecoins. The platform combines custodial wallets, global payment orchestration, and stablecoin issuance capabilities, serving financial institutions, payments companies, global platforms, and large enterprises. You will own Bastion's largest and most complex enterprise deals as a senior individual contributor. This is a multi-threaded sales role where deals span several quarters and involve coordination across treasury, payments, product, risk, legal, and compliance teams on the customer side. In your first 30 days, you will join live enterprise calls immediately, take ownership of active opportunities, build account plans for every deal in flight, define the enterprise ICP with leadership, and begin outbound prospecting at CFO, Treasurer, and Head of Payments levels. Success means every active deal has an owner, plan, and forecast, with first meetings booked against your target list. By 90 days, you will run the full sales cycle from discovery through close, negotiate pricing and service terms with finance and legal, build qualification and forecasting discipline, and feed enterprise requirements to product. You will have qualified pipeline supporting revenue targets and your first enterprise contract signed or in final negotiation. By 180 days, you will have sharpened segmentation, messaging, and pricing based on market learning, written the enterprise playbook (discovery guides, objection handling, deal desk process, references), supported other sellers on complex deals, and worked with brand and comms to turn wins into references. You will have multiple enterprise customers live and moving volume, with a repeatable motion that a second seller can execute. Key challenges include managing dual buyers (business owners focused on economics and speed; risk/compliance focused on controls and auditability), educating first-time stablecoin evaluators, competing against well-funded competitors now part of larger companies, and navigating long parallel diligence processes (vendor risk, security, legal). You will work closely with the CEO on strategic accounts, engineering and product on technical evaluation, commercial and finance on pricing, and legal and compliance on agreements. You will also help set Bastion's enterprise sales approach and build the playbook for the team that follows. The role is based in New York City with openness to remote work across the United States. This is a startup environment with fast pace and evolving priorities; success requires contributing meaningfully in week one and reaching full productivity by month three.
