Keyfactor is the leader in trust infrastructure for AI and machines, helping enterprises and government agencies manage cryptographic identities that safeguard digital interactions. The company is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Central region to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across the territory.
In this role, you will leverage advanced sales techniques and market analysis to maximize revenue. You will develop new accounts while maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers up to C-level. You will manage complex, long-cycle sales pipelines and contribute to contract negotiations. You will deliver reliable forecasts and accurate reporting for your territory, and collaborate with marketing to build out go-to-market strategy. Additional responsibilities include developing product, market, and competitor knowledge; participating in industry events and tradeshows; and coaching others to share knowledge and insights with the broader sales team. You will influence stakeholders at all organizational levels and identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and key customer growth.
This is a full-time, remote position based in the Central region of the United States. The role reports into the sales leadership structure and requires the ability to work autonomously while maintaining alignment with company goals and sales processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of IT security, PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), and certificate lifecycle management
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and competitor strategies in the IT security space
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the IT Security industry
- Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of MEDDPICC, Solution Selling, and SPIN Selling methodologies
- Ability to develop and execute strategic direction aligned with company goals
- Proficiency with advanced sales tools and technologies
- Ability to identify and develop opportunities for future business growth, including strategically important partnerships
- Ability to coach others and share knowledge, insights, and skills with the broader team
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
