The Enterprise Risk Manager will support the delivery of key elements of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across business units, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk. This role bridges first-line risk owners and senior management, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and escalated in alignment with the Group's risk appetite and regulatory expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor enterprise risks in collaboration with first-line stakeholders, ensuring mitigation strategies are appropriate and evidence-based
- Prepare and contribute to regular risk reporting, including risk register updates, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), emerging risks, and thematic insights
- Support maintenance and evolution of the Group's risk appetite framework, aligning risks and KRIs to tolerance thresholds
- Implement and improve ERM frameworks, policies, procedures, and methodologies across the organization
- Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses for new products, strategic initiatives, and emerging risks
- Provide guidance to first-line risk owners on risk identification, control design, and remediation
- Support design and implementation of control frameworks
- Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to risk practice enhancements
- Serve as key contact for internal audit and external regulatory reviews
- Support ERM governance, GRC tool administration, documentation, and audit-ready evidence maintenance
Required qualifications: 3–5 years' experience in Enterprise Risk Management, GRC, or related roles within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, or other regulated environments. Practical knowledge of ERM frameworks, risk governance, and control environments. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint, dashboards, and hands-on experience with GRC tools preferred.
