Revolut is seeking an Enterprise Risk Manager to support the design and implementation of its risk management framework across the organization. This role operates globally, taking into account business strategy, board-level risk appetite, and governance structure.
Key responsibilities include advising the Risk team and wider business on governance cycles, collaborating with committee chairs and senior leadership, and coordinating among various risk owners to conduct company-wide stress testing. You will develop and implement risk policies, procedures, key risk indicators, and the risk appetite statement. The role involves tracking risks against limits and thresholds, producing stakeholder reports, and supporting the risk incident management process, including registering risk events and delivering incident reports to management and regulators.
You will provide guidance on identifying and assessing inherent, net, and residual risks and related internal controls, monitor KRI breaches, and work with risk owners to resolve them within set timelines. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the new initiatives approval process, ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement and governance, managing the inventory of models, and using cutting-edge risk tools and systems to monitor the organization's risk profile.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in risk management, preferably within financial services, with a background in enterprise risk management, comprehensive risk assessment, GRC, or a related role in a financial institution. A degree in economics, accounting, business administration, or a relevant field is required. You should have an analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret and organize complex data, an organizational and methodical approach with close attention to detail, and impeccable problem-solving and communication skills. Fluency in English and Hebrew is required.
Nice-to-have qualifications include a degree or certification in risk management, experience in fintech or familiarity with technological risks, and experience using SQL or other data tools.
