Lighthouse is an AI-powered commercial strategy platform for the hospitality industry, backed by $370M in Series C funding with over $100M ARR. The company serves tens of thousands of hotels across 185 countries, including all top 15 global chains. You will join the Customer Growth team as an Enterprise Program Manager, managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts and serving as the central point of coordination for all ongoing projects. This is an autonomous role focused on the success of Lighthouse's largest global clients, primarily in the EMEA region. Key responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation of solutions, including Business Intelligence dashboards, for the largest global hotel clients - Organize and manage all projects and programs within enterprise accounts to ensure on-time delivery and achievement of business objectives - Establish clear program governance and guide stakeholder expectations from individual properties to C-level executives at global headquarters - Create and maintain project documentation covering timelines, activities, and risks using task management tools - Act as a bridge between clients and internal Product and Engineering teams, capturing custom requirements and managing delivery timelines - Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through robust project planning and regular program status calls with key global chains - Serve as the voice of EMEA customers, providing actionable feedback to enhance products and processes The role offers flexibility with hybrid work options across global offices, flexible time off, career development opportunities, competitive compensation, mobility budget or company car, comprehensive health insurance, pension funding, and referral bonuses. REQUIREMENTS: Essential: - Proven experience in program or project management role, successfully managing enterprise or global accounts - Strong hospitality industry knowledge with deep understanding of hotel management structures, chain operations, and OTA environment - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently (planning, resource allocation, risk management, execution) - Exceptional business acumen and interpersonal skills with comfort engaging with C-level executives - Tech-savvy mindset with ability to understand data solutions, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and embrace AI tools - Proactive, self-starter mentality with ability to work autonomously across different time zones, primarily collaborating with APAC and AMER teams - Excellent ability to influence and direct internal teams to ensure client objectives and project milestones are met - Coachable and adaptable attitude with strong willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve Welcomed: - Background in SaaS industry, particularly with product rollouts or integrations - Specific knowledge of hospitality market - Experience in Revenue Management within hospitality sector
