As Enterprise Program Manager, you will manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and serve as the central point of coordination for all ongoing projects with Lighthouse's largest global clients. You will lead end-to-end implementations of solutions including Business Intelligence dashboards, manage complex programs like new product onboardings, and drive regional alignment across EMEA while strengthening key client relationships. Key responsibilities include: - Lead end-to-end implementation of solutions for largest global clients - Organize and manage all projects and programs within enterprise accounts to ensure on-time delivery and achievement of business objectives - Establish clear program governance and guide stakeholder expectations from individual hotel properties to C-level executives - Create and maintain project documentation covering timelines, activities, and risks using task management tools - Act as bridge between clients and internal Product and Engineering teams, capturing custom requirements and managing delivery timelines - Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through robust project planning and regular program status calls with global chains - Serve as voice of EMEA customers, providing actionable feedback to enhance products and processes You'll join the Customer Growth team, led by one of Lighthouse's founders, with a mission to nurture amazing client relationships. REQUIREMENTS: Essential: - Proven experience in program or project management role, successfully managing enterprise or global accounts - Strong hospitality industry knowledge with deep understanding of hotel management structures, chain operations, and OTA environment - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently (planning, resource allocation, risk management, execution) - Exceptional business acumen and interpersonal skills with comfort engaging with C-level executives - Tech-savvy mindset with ability to understand data solutions, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and embrace AI tools - Proactive, self-starter mentality with ability to work autonomously across different time zones, primarily collaborating with APAC and AMER teams - Excellent ability to influence and direct internal teams to ensure client objectives and project milestones are met - Coachable and adaptable attitude with strong willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve Welcomed: - Background in SaaS industry, particularly with product rollouts or integrations - Specific knowledge of hospitality market - Experience in Revenue Management within hospitality sector
