Snowflake is seeking an Enterprise Product Manager to optimize and strategically evolve the Workday Finance Order to Cash (OTC) IT Systems. This is a Staff-level individual contributor role focused on bridging business stakeholders and development teams to translate complex requirements into actionable functional specifications. Key responsibilities include: - Process Optimization: Lead the evolution of Workday Finance OTC systems, including Customer Contracts, Billing, Collections, Invoices, and Settlements modules. Independently contribute to and optimize operational workflows. - Transformation Leadership: Lead Order Management and Billing transformation projects and large-scale operational changes. Participate in major system implementations and rollouts. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business application owners to ensure seamless business automation and data management across the ecosystem. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OTC best practices. - Roadmap & Strategy: Provide expert input into the IT Roadmap, including Workday feature rollouts, major releases, and new module implementations. - Agile Delivery: Organize and lead scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Develop design and solution documents with cross-functional teams. - Quality Assurance: Define testing strategies, identify risks, and lead UAT, post-sprint, and regression testing. Create training materials and release notes for OTC users. - Requirements Management: Gather and translate complex business requirements from diverse stakeholders into precise functional specifications. Manage communications and change processes for platform updates. Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably Information Systems or Computer Science) - 8+ years of direct experience in Order to Cash implementations or operations as a Business Systems Analyst or Product Manager - Expert knowledge of Workday systems or similar ERPs (Oracle Apps, PeopleSoft, SAP) in OTC modules (Quoting, Revenue, Billing, Collections) - Experience integrating custom or third-party applications with Workday or other ERPs - Basic SQL and database knowledge - Superior understanding of OTC concepts (Quoting, Billing, Cash Applications, NPI) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
