Abnormal AI is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join its sales team, selling behavioral AI-powered security solutions to enterprise-level organizations. The company has built its platform from AI up to detect human-targeted attacks that traditional security tools miss, and is growing 40%+ year-over-year while protecting over 4,500 customers including 25%+ of the Fortune 500. In this role, you will own and grow a defined enterprise territory with a mandate to exceed new annual recurring revenue quota. You'll run the full deal cycle on enterprise accounts (3,000+ mailbox organizations), from initial conversation through technical evaluation, contract signature, and post-sale expansion. You'll prospect and build new business opportunities using the company's full go-to-market engine, including marketing, channel partnerships, and customer referrals. The platform is actively expanding—starting from email security and now covering identity, AI security, and insider threat—giving you multiple surface areas to bring value to every account. You'll partner with Customer Success to protect renewals and identify expansion opportunities, maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan, and serve as the customer's advocate internally, working with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to prioritize initiatives that drive faster revenue closure. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of direct (not overlay) enterprise sales experience hunting in organizations with 3,000+ employees, with a proven track record of prospecting, winning new logos, and expanding accounts in competitive, incumbent-heavy environments - Consistent over-quota performance, ideally top 10% of your sales organization - Strong negotiation skills that hold up against large organizations and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles - Technical fluency across security, email, cloud, and AI—enough to hold your own in conversations with CISOs - Cybersecurity or security-adjacent SaaS sales experience, selling subscription software to CISOs and security teams at average deal sizes of $100k+ - A builder's mindset: experience thriving in early-stage, underdog, or competitive environments with limited resources - Comfort selling within a high-growth company still expanding its product portfolio and market presence
