As Enterprise Insurance Operations Lead, you will serve as the critical bridge between Camber's engineering team and its GTM/Account Management teams, focusing on enterprise healthcare clients. You'll become a subject matter expert in RCM and healthcare operations, translating complex operational needs into actionable product requirements for engineers while managing relationships with external stakeholders like Directors of RCM at client organizations. Key responsibilities include: - Driving measurable outcomes for enterprise clients (e.g., improving 90-day collections rates, reducing billing errors) - Translating operational requirements and pain points into product specifications for the engineering team - Owning and nurturing relationships with external stakeholders and decision-makers at client organizations - Developing and implementing scalable, repeatable processes in partnership with cross-functional internal teams - Defining success metrics and outcomes for clinic operations - Serving as a trusted technical partner and subject matter expert for both internal teams and external clients You'll work in a high-autonomy environment that values cross-functional collaboration, strategic problem-solving, and measurable impact. The role requires someone who can manage ambiguity, maintain organizational control over complex initiatives, and drive accountability across teams.
