Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, a platform enabling organizations to harness IoT data from physical operations to develop actionable insights and improve efficiency. As an Enterprise Implementation Consultant, you will join Samsara's Customer Success team, responsible for helping enterprise customers deploy and adopt IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets. You will own the customer relationship from where sales leaves off, ensuring successful deployment of Samsara's platform across diverse industries including trucking, food and beverage, passenger transit, utilities, and school buses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading customer onboarding and adoption of Samsara's IoT solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise customers across multiple business verticals
- Explaining complex technology products to both C-suite executives and day-to-day operational users
- Quickly understanding customer business models and pain points to tailor solutions
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams
- Ensuring customers continuously gain business value throughout their lifecycle
You will need exceptional customer-facing communication skills, the ability to rapidly understand customer operations, and comfort translating technical concepts for diverse audiences. This role offers exposure to multiple aspects of a fast-growing, recently public company. The position is remote and open to US candidates except those in the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington D.C. Metro Area.
