Salary: USD 58,500 - 70,000 / annual

As an Enterprise Development Representative, you will be the front line in identifying and engaging medical practices, clinics, and healthcare facilities that would benefit from Parachute's platform. Your mission is to spark interest, educate potential users, and collaborate with Account Executives to convert high-potential opportunities into successful partnerships. Key responsibilities include conducting targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social channels to healthcare facilities; educating prospects about the value of Parachute's digital ordering platform and EHR integration options; qualifying leads and driving adoption; building and maintaining a healthy pipeline in HubSpot with detailed engagement tracking; following up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads; and becoming a subject matter expert on how digital connectivity improves operations for suppliers and ordering clinicians. You will need to understand health system operations, organizational structure, and specific EHR configurations for assigned target accounts to deliver relevant value propositions. Requirements: 3–4 years in Sales, Enterprise Business Development, Customer Success, or similar function. Strong experience in cold outreach and lead qualification, ideally in SaaS or healthcare technology. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to different audiences. Passion for healthcare technology, driven and curious mindset, and strong organizational skills. Must reside in the U.S. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, goal-driven environments, is naturally curious and asks thoughtful questions, can speak comfortably with clinicians and executives, builds trust quickly, and collaborates effectively across teams.
