As Chief of Staff for Enterprise Deployment, you will be the operational backbone for the Field CTO and Enterprise Deployment leadership team. You'll manage workflow, coordinate team resources, and drive organizational efficiency across a rapidly scaling global team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build deep expertise on team members' strengths and thoughtfully staff them on projects based on geography, priorities, capacity, and skills
- Track individual and team performance by engaging with leads and collaborators to gain comprehensive performance insights
- Partner with the internal Talent team on recruitment strategy, focusing on key roles and locations while distributing interviewing responsibilities
- Own the onboarding process end-to-end, ensuring new hires are fully ramped and resourced from Day 1 as the team scales rapidly
- Prepare and optimize team meetings—coordinating with leads, creating materials, and ensuring time is spent effectively
- Monitor Enterprise Deployment OKRs and provide regular progress updates, identifying gaps and risks early
- Plan global team co-locations to strengthen partnerships and collaboration across distributed teams
- Act as liaison between the deployment team and other organizational functions to ensure alignment
