Trullion is an AI-powered platform transforming accounting and audit workflows for enterprise finance teams. The company automates complex financial processes, reduces errors, and enables collaboration between accountants and auditors. You will own strategic relationships with Trullion's largest and most complex enterprise accounts—Controllers, VPs of Finance, and CFOs who depend on the platform as mission-critical infrastructure for their accounting operations. This is a high-autonomy, entrepreneurial role with significant ownership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct deep discovery into how large finance organizations operate and identify optimization opportunities
- Build internal coalitions within customer organizations to drive platform adoption across teams
- Translate platform usage metrics and capabilities into the financial outcomes executives care about: audit readiness, close-cycle efficiency, and time savings
- Manage the full customer lifecycle for strategic accounts, from onboarding through expansion
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor to C-suite finance leaders on how to maximize Trullion's value
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
The role requires someone who can operate independently, think strategically about customer success, and communicate effectively with senior finance executives. You'll be expected to understand both the technical capabilities of the platform and the business drivers of large accounting departments.
