Audyence is a high-growth B2B marketing technology company operating a two-sided marketplace that enables marketers to purchase outcomes-based media from premium publishers with transparency and efficiency. The company is backed by industry insiders and trusted by major B2B brands. This is Audyence's first dedicated Customer Success Manager role. While customer success functions exist across the organization, this position will be the first to own it as a full-time responsibility and will shape how the function evolves. You will own the enterprise customer relationship from contract signature through onboarding and beyond. The role is proactive by design: you set the cadence of check-in calls, review performance data independently, and initiate conversations based on observed trends rather than waiting for customer complaints. You own retention metrics, support renewals, and influence expansion and advocacy efforts alongside the sales team. Key responsibilities include building and iterating on customer success playbooks and processes as the function scales. You will work with an Implementation and Support Manager who handles technical execution, and you report to the VP of Customer Experience. The ideal candidate already integrates AI into their workflow and wants to deepen that practice. You are data-driven by instinct, regularly reviewing dashboards and performance trends to identify account drift or opportunities. You thrive in early-stage environments where processes are still forming, and you leave behind documented systems for future team members. You prefer building scalable systems over being the system yourself. This role offers the opportunity to establish customer success practices at a growing company, shape team culture, and work with cutting-edge AI-augmented workflows.
