As an Enterprise Core Implementation Consultant on Samsara's Select Customer Success team, you will be responsible for guiding large enterprise customers through deployment and adoption of Samsara's IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets. You'll own the customer relationship from onboarding through adoption, advocacy, and renewal, working with customers across trucking, transportation, food and beverage, passenger transit, utilities, school buses, and other sectors.
Key responsibilities include managing technology deployments at scale, creating launch plans and product adoption roadmaps, tracking implementation progress and account health, and ensuring customers achieve quick time to value. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams, gaining exposure to multiple aspects of a high-growth company.
The role demands exceptional customer-facing communication skills, the ability to quickly understand customer business models, and comfort explaining complex technology to both executives and end users. This is a remote position open to US-based candidates (excluding SF Bay Area, NYC Metro, and DC Metro). Travel to customer sites up to 10% of the time, including overnight stays, may be required.
