Writer is an enterprise generative AI platform enabling Fortune 100 companies to build and deploy AI agents grounded in their data. The company is valued at $1.9B and backed by leading investors including Premji Invest, Radical Ventures, and ICONIQ Growth.
You will serve as a strategic transformation partner for Writer's most strategic Fortune 50-100 accounts, acting as the architect of change beyond software implementation. This role bridges business strategy and cutting-edge AI technology, translating the Writer platform into measurable P&L impact and helping executives navigate the shift to an AI-first operating model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of strategic customers while leading ROI and value initiatives in partnership with customer success managers
- Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, setting vision and defining job-to-be-done (JTBD) frameworks to drive AI adoption
- Building and maintaining strategic C-suite relationships as a transformation partner
- Conducting value realization and ROI analysis through surveys and interviews to frame P&L impact in business reviews
- Orchestrating complex cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders, managing escalations, risk mitigation, and program updates
- Identifying and driving expansion opportunities by anticipating customer needs and collaborating with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Scaling transformation best practices by developing and operationalizing frameworks, decks, and communications for the broader team
You will report to the Director of AI Transformation and Success and work from Writer's London hub on a hybrid basis.
Requirements:
- 5-9 years of experience in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies with a proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations
- Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with the ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities into measurable outcomes and P&L impact
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, including ability to lead composed presentations to boards while orchestrating cross-functional teams and resolving conflicts
- Curious mindset and active listening style that demonstrates genuine leadership
- Strong professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory to navigate complex customer business environments
