Rokt is the global leader in ecommerce transaction optimization, processing 13 billion transactions annually for brands like PayPal, Uber, Hulu, and Fanatics. The company has grown from a Sydney startup to a $3.5B organization with 700+ employees across eight offices, maintaining 40%+ CAGR for over a decade. This Enterprise Account Manager role focuses on driving advertiser demand across ANZ (Australia and New Zealand). You will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close, building partnerships with brands seeking to reach highly engaged audiences at the transaction moment—the critical span from cart to confirmation where customer intent peaks. Key responsibilities include: owning an advertiser revenue target and managing the full sales cycle independently; building and running a high-volume outbound pipeline using AI-assisted research and sequencing; multi-threading senior stakeholder relationships within target organizations; maintaining in-market presence through industry events and direct engagement; managing a named account territory with multiple concurrent deal cycles; partnering with Customer Success on clean handoffs; and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Applied AI teams to represent advertiser feedback. You will leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate research, prospecting, and pipeline hygiene, freeing time for strategic relationship-building and complex deal management. The role requires deep performance marketing fluency—ability to discuss ROAS, CPA, incrementality, attribution, and measurement design with sophisticated buyers. You'll need strong executive presence, proven judgment in pipeline prioritization, and a builder mindset that proactively removes friction and creates scalable playbooks. Rokt operates as an AI-first company where problem-spotters become problem-solvers. The culture favors speed, autonomy, and continuous refinement. You'll be expected to figure things out when the path isn't obvious and treat manual repetitive steps as automation opportunities. The role requires 5+ years in business development, sales, or client-facing commercial roles, ideally with experience selling into performance marketing, adtech, or ecommerce buyers. You must be comfortable in the Sydney office at least 4 days per week and willing to travel for in-market engagement.
