Salary: USD 100,000 - 225,000 / annual
MentorcliQ is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to serve as the primary point-of-contact for a portfolio of global enterprise clients, driving long-term client satisfaction, retention, and strategic growth.
In this role, you will own and grow enterprise accounts by building strong, multi-level relationships across HR, L&D, DEI, and business leadership functions. You'll develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client business goals and serve as the voice of the customer within MentorcliQ.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary contact for a portfolio of global enterprise clients
- Building strong relationships across HR, L&D, DEI, and business leadership
- Developing and executing strategic account plans aligned with client business goals
- Leading executive business reviews focused on outcomes and ROI
- Partnering with Customer Success to ensure program success and adoption
- Identifying risks early and implementing plans to ensure satisfaction and renewals
- Uncovering and executing expansion opportunities across divisions and geographies
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing on account growth strategies
- Managing renewal and expansion negotiations with executive stakeholders and procurement
- Aligning internal teams around client goals, delivery, and roadmap priorities
- Sharing client insights to inform product and strategy decisions
You will be responsible for strategically growing and expanding client relationships through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling, with a direct impact on client ROI through mentorship programs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of success in B2B enterprise or SaaS sales, consistently exceeding quarterly revenue goals
- Proven success in managing a book of business and achieving retention and expansion targets
- Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with CHROs, CLOs, and senior HR and procurement leaders
- Experience driving account planning, renewal strategy, and multi-year partnership growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate business data into actionable insights
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Customer-centric, collaborative, resilient, and strategic thinking mindset
