Freshpaint is a privacy-first data platform helping healthcare organizations use modern marketing and analytics tools without exposing protected health information (PHI). The company sits between healthcare companies' websites/apps and third-party tools, automatically detecting and controlling sensitive data before it's shared. Backed by Y Combinator and Intel Capital, Freshpaint has raised tens of millions to build privacy infrastructure for healthcare's digital transformation. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own the full lifecycle relationship for a portfolio of 40-60 complex healthcare customers. Your primary focus is driving net revenue retention and ARR growth through thoughtful, consultative partnership. You will help customers navigate the healthcare data privacy landscape, adopt Freshpaint deeply across their stack, and expand platform usage over time. Key responsibilities include: - Owning net revenue retention and ARR across your book of Enterprise customers - Building and executing account and value plans that drive product adoption, measurable outcomes, and expansion - Leading renewals, upsells, and cross-sells with a disciplined commercial process - Running structured executive check-ins and QBRs that tie Freshpaint usage to business impact - Using Freshpaint, Looker, and HubSpot to monitor account health, forecast accurately, and prioritize engagement - Partnering cross-functionally with Support, CSE, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to remove blockers and unlock value - Serving as a trusted advisor and voice of the customer, building deep relationships with champions and executives - Traveling up to 30% for onsite visits, conferences, and company events You will thrive in an early-stage, remote environment where you have real ownership, build repeatable processes, and take initiative to solve problems. You are equally comfortable in strategic conversations with C-level executives and deep in product adoption metrics. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years in customer-facing, commercial roles in B2B SaaS (Account Management, Customer Success, or similar) working with Enterprise customers - Proven track record of driving adoption, renewals, and expansion with clear impact on net revenue retention - Strong consultative skills: ability to uncover business problems, define success metrics, and map required capabilities to product value - Data-driven and operationally excellent, with disciplined account planning, forecasting, and CRM hygiene - Technically curious and comfortable translating between marketers, product managers, data teams, engineers, and executives - Excellent written and verbal communication, including running business reviews and presenting to C-level audiences - Ability to thrive in a remote, early-stage, high-growth environment with high ownership and many moving pieces NICE TO HAVES: - Experience with customer data, analytics, or marketing technology products - Direct experience working with healthcare organizations (Providers, Payers, DSOs, Urgent Care groups) - Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, or other regulated industry frameworks - Experience with analytics tools or warehouses (Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, Redshift) - Exposure to go-to-market frameworks such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message
