Exodigo is a rapidly growing underground mapping and discovery platform that uses multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI to create accurate subsurface maps. The company serves utilities, transportation, and government sectors, enabling confident decision-making for infrastructure projects. Following a $96M Series B funding round in July 2025, Exodigo is scaling aggressively. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key enterprise customers in the utilities, transportation, and government verticals. Your primary focus will be on account expansion, customer success, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory or customer base. You will serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, understanding their business needs and positioning Exodigo's underground mapping solutions to solve critical infrastructure challenges. Key responsibilities include: developing and executing account plans to maximize customer lifetime value; identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts; collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution deployment; managing contract negotiations and renewal cycles; and maintaining detailed account records and forecasting in CRM systems. You will work closely with the sales leadership team to develop go-to-market strategies for key verticals and contribute to pipeline development. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, technical acumen to understand underground mapping and infrastructure challenges, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures typical of government and utility customers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-funded, high-growth company at an inflection point, working with mission-critical infrastructure solutions that have real-world impact.
