Stravito solves a critical problem for large organizations: they make important decisions without leveraging the intelligence they already own, because they can't find it, can't see what's missing, and can't act fast enough. The platform helps world-leading organizations like McDonald's, Nestlé, and Heineken organize their knowledge and access it intuitively to make better, insights-backed decisions.
As Enterprise Account Executive covering the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics (with UK as priority), you will own the full new-logo sales cycle for Fortune 500 companies in consumer, retail, and financial services. You'll be responsible for territory planning, account prioritization, discovery, value case development, negotiation, and closing. You will hunt new logos in white space and build your own pipeline to healthy coverage through targeted outbound and account-based marketing plays in partnership with Marketing and partners.
You'll navigate complex buying groups including insights and marketing leaders, data and analytics decision-makers, procurement, IT, and C-suite executives. You'll run value-based discovery that ties Stravito's platform to business outcomes those teams are measured on. You'll conduct product demos and technical conversations yourself (covering APIs, connectors, and integrations), with Solutions Consultants supporting on deeper proofs of value. You'll partner with Customer Success on long-term adoption, forecast accurately, maintain a clean pipeline in HubSpot, and own your numbers.
You'll report to the Chief Commercial Officer and help shape how Stravito sells across Europe as the team grows. The role is fully remote but requires you to be based in the Greater London area with UK work rights. You'll meet prospects in person in London regularly and travel across the territory and wider Europe from time to time.
Stravito is a diverse, international team of 100+ with 30+ nationalities, guided by principles of simplicity first, "own it, do it" mentality, embracing different perspectives, and enjoying the journey together.

- Comfortable in fast-growing, remote-first company environment with genuine interest in the product
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Based in Greater London area with right to work in UK
