Parloa is an agentic AI platform that powers customer experience at scale, having delivered over one billion interactions for enterprises like Booking.com, HealthEquity, Allianz, and SAP. As Enterprise Account Executive for Turkey, you will drive new business growth by bringing Parloa's platform to leading enterprises across the region, building the market from the ground up in Eastern Europe.
You will own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through closing, focusing on acquiring new enterprise customers and establishing Parloa's presence in a largely untapped market. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities and shaping territory strategy, leading complex multi-stakeholder sales processes including tenders and negotiations with senior decision-makers, and acting as a trusted advisor to help customers understand how agentic AI drives measurable business impact. You'll partner closely with Solution Engineering, Business Development, and Value Consulting teams to deliver a seamless buying experience, and maintain accurate forecasting with clear visibility of pipeline risks, gaps, and opportunities.
You bring 4+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience in a closing role with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. You have proven ability to win new logos and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, with experience building pipelines in outbound-driven environments, ideally in new or developing markets. You excel at engaging and influencing senior stakeholders including VP and C-level executives, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Technical curiosity about AI-driven products and customer experience is important. You are native or bilingual in Turkish and fluent in English.
