As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will prospect and nurture larger named accounts seeking better ways to connect with customers and achieve product-market fit. You will manage the full customer lifecycle from initial concept and technical requirements through implementation, adoption, expansion, and conversion to paid. Key responsibilities include: • Building outreach to existing networks and new opportunities • Managing customer follow-up and pipeline against quota • Developing and leveraging partner and channel relationships to source and accelerate opportunities • Working with the Growth team to increase product awareness • Nurturing customers, identifying key decision-makers, and gathering requirements • Guiding customers through implementation plans to drive adoption and paid conversion • Partnering with Product and Engineering to share customer feedback • Creating content and refining sales scripts • Maintaining accurate pipeline data in DevRev's CRM DevRev operates as an untraditional SaaS revenue organization built to support rapid scaling through product-led growth and sales (PLG/PLS). REQUIREMENTS: • 8+ years of experience in a closing role, ideally as an Enterprise Account Executive • Proven track record in SaaS, IT, or B2B technology companies; CRM industry knowledge is a plus • Existing partner relationships and/or practical experience working with channel partners • Demonstrated new business development skills including prospecting, cold calling, and networking • Entrepreneurial spirit with proactive, innovative approach to sales • Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned to company objectives • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets • Passion for product and industry with commitment to exceptional customer service • Resilience, high tolerance for ambiguity, and founder's mentality • Customer-centric approach focused on understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to differentiate offerings • Leadership potential including vision, influence, and ability to inspire others
