Salary: USD 250,000 - 300,000 / annual
Revivn is a profitable, 10+ year old company that helps enterprises manage end-of-life technology through a repurposing platform. Rather than recycling, Revivn refurbishes hardware for resale and donation, working with major clients like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Spotify. You will own a strategic book of enterprise accounts and drive the full sales cycle from discovery through close. Reporting directly to the Co-CEO/Co-Founder, you'll operate independently across the San Francisco Bay Area, meeting customers and prospects in person and traveling as needed. This is a quota-carrying role requiring high ownership, executive presence, and sound judgment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the complete enterprise sales cycle: discovery, qualification, negotiation, and close
- Building pipeline through your existing network, targeted outreach, and close partnership with Marketing
- Running consultative discovery and tailoring value propositions to complex buying committees across IT, finance, and C-suite stakeholders
- Engaging senior stakeholders through virtual and in-person meetings
- Building and maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts with strong CRM hygiene
- Negotiating and structuring deals around a usage-based model
- Partnering with Account Management on smooth post-sale handoffs for long-term expansion
- Monthly travel to meet prospects and customers in person
- Sharing market, customer, and product insights with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Engineering
The role emphasizes real ownership of strategic accounts, in-market relationship building with Bay Area technology leaders, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, SDR, Account Management, and operations teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of quota-carrying, closing experience in large B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Established network of relevant technology buyers and decision-makers in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Experience selling into enterprise customers, ideally within the technology ecosystem
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to run discovery and lead deal strategy end-to-end
- Confidence presenting to and engaging with senior and C-level executives
- Operational rigor: pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Self-directed, resilient, competitive operator who thrives with high ownership and autonomy
- Strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence

- Experience selling a usage-based model
- Background in a startup or founder/operator environment
- Experience selling to IT, finance, or operational leaders at high-growth technology companies
