You will own a full-cycle enterprise sales role focused on pharma manufacturers and biotech companies, selling integrated patient support programs. This is a segment-building opportunity where you'll source your own pipeline, manage complex stakeholder environments, and carry deals from cold outreach through contract signature and account expansion.
Key responsibilities include closing deals across pharma manufacturers and life sciences companies with 3-9 month sales cycles; navigating complex stakeholder environments spanning brand, marketing, market access, patient services, legal, compliance, and C-suite; demonstrating fluency in pharmacy economics and patient access program design; maintaining CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting; and partnering with product to shape the roadmap based on market feedback.
You'll report to the Head of Marketplace Partnerships and work as part of a small, high-trust commercial team. The role requires 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience selling to pharma manufacturers, demonstrated success closing complex multi-stakeholder deals, deep familiarity with manufacturer-sponsored patient access programs (copay, PAP, hubs, DTC, employer programs), and proven ability to self-generate pipeline without SDR support. You must be based in or willing to relocate to NYC metro, able to work from the Williamsburg office 3+ days per week (remote considered for exceptional candidates), and willing to travel regularly for customer site visits and industry conferences.
Preferred experience includes selling into market access, brand, or patient services teams; working at hubs, PSPs, specialty pharmacies, or agencies serving manufacturers; selling integrated patient support programs in competitive landscapes; or helping improve sales processes at early-stage companies.
