As an Enterprise Account Executive in the Mid-Atlantic territory, you will own the full sales cycle for large enterprise healthcare opportunities, reporting to the VP of Sales. This is a high-impact role focused on driving strategic revenue growth through relationship building and consultative selling. Key Responsibilities: - Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation - Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients at all decision-making levels - Deliver tailored, consultative solutions addressing client needs and business outcomes - Drive and close large deals ($1M+) while identifying land-and-expand opportunities - Generate new business through existing relationships, self-driven initiatives, inbound leads, industry events, and strategic renewals/upsells - Develop winning negotiation strategies and build key stakeholder relationships - Manage client performance and drive revenue growth within existing accounts - Identify, prioritize, and qualify key buying influences and guide them through the sales process - Cultivate relationships with customers, decision-makers, and thought leaders - Accurately track customer information, deal management, and sales forecasting Requirements: - 8+ years of experience selling into large healthcare systems - Proven ability to engage with C-level executives (CNOs, CIOs, CTOs) and high-level operational leaders (VPs, Directors) - Expertise in building pipelines and moving opportunities through complex sales cycles - Demonstrated ability to present and discuss solutions with key decision-makers - Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets and sales goals - Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce for forecasting, opportunity management, and reporting - Exceptional consultative sales skills including ability to define customer needs, qualify opportunities, present tailored solutions, and articulate business outcomes - Highly energetic and driven with strong sense of urgency and belief in the mission - Understanding of early-stage company dynamics and ability to thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments - Collaborative team player with "build-it-yourself" ethos
